Share the passenger and luggage count, pickup points, complete route and presentation requirement. Those details determine whether an executive sedan, SUV or group category is appropriate for the assignment.

A preferred make or model can be requested, but photography does not prove stock. The proposal identifies the exact locally available vehicle or an agreed equivalent before payment.

Written vehicle confirmation

The proposal—not the gallery—defines the booking.

For chauffeur-driven requests, the written scope records the vehicle, driver arrangement, pickup plan, waiting time, price and inclusions. For self-drive requests it must also record licence, insurance, deposit, mileage and permitted routes.

If the preferred model is unavailable, the alternative and substitution terms remain visible for approval before the arrangement proceeds.
